Ciklomen Investment has recently bought three office premises on Poordi 1 Street in the Tallinn City centre:
– one of them is used by our IT company .
– the second is the head office of Ciklomen Investment OÜ and Rooster Corp OÜ.
– the third office is used as an educational club and language learning centre.
In cooperation with Rooster Corp OÜ, were acquired three commercial real estate premises and two residential apartments from the developer Metro Capital – www.kiikri.ee. These premises are planned to be used for the Children’s educational centre, café and a beauty salon and apartments are currently prepared for further subsequent rent.

Educational club not only offers private lessons, but in partnership agreement with the Estonian Unemployment Centre “Töötukassa” provides special language courses for unemployments in order to help them acquire higher qualification.
